The premise is the same, whatever herbs you use, it all tastes good.
This recipe is best with older bread, so if you have some that is going a little stale, put it to good use, though you can use fresh bread if you like.
Ingredients
1 Onion (chopped)
6 slices of white bread, de-crusted and soldiered
1 tbsp sage
1 egg
1 knob of butterMethod
- Add the bread into a food processor and blitz until small, if you don’t have a food processor then chopping will do the same job.

- add the breadcrumbs, onion, sage, egg, and butter to a bowl and mix together.

- Put the mixture into an ovenproof bowl and place in the oven for 20–25 minutes (depends how brown you like the top) at 150ºC.

- Take out of the oven at desired colour and serve, either hot or cold
