Reasoning and contact information
The main reason for doing this is that we wanted somewhere to publish our recipes that we cook at home, and to show that students and other people who are living with a tight budget can eat well. We will be doing photoguides of the recipes as and when we have the chance to do so. It may seem, when reading the recipes, that we eat rather too well for students and perhaps we do, but we don’t spend much money on food and live on extremely modest budgets. The recipes on this site are what we eat every day and with a bit of planning it’s perfectly possible to do so with very little money indeed.
The information for each recipe will grow as we decide what ingredients can be substituted and / or removed entirely so that you, the reader, should be able to make quite a few of these recipes without having to buy special ingredients.
